Retreat for Croats. Altheim-Austria. May 31 - June 2nd
From may 31st to 2nd June Fr. James conducted a large convention for the
Croatians in Rudolf Wimmer Halle at Altheim, Austria. The subject was "Receive
the Holy Spirit and be my witnesses"(Acts 1:8).
The powerful talks and anointing prayers of Fr. James & translations
by Mrs Nada brought about many conversions, healings and many other blessings
to the many that gathered in the beautiful hall.
It is amazing that the participants came by busses from various parts
of Croatia with great passion and enthusiasm for t he word of God and the
Holy Spirit. It was organised by Darko and Christina with the help of many
volunteers. Here are some photos and Videos
Fr. James conducted a large Pentecost Convention in France from 17th to
19th ( Feast of Pentecost) at Salle de la Filature de L'Isle Perigueux.
It is Bp Mgr. Philippe Mousset who invited him for this retreat. It is
Maryivonne and Patricia with help of l'Association Fontaine d'Eau Vive
and under the spiritual guidance of Fr. Bernard that organised this large
new evangelisation retreat on the feast of Pentecost 2024 to cater 'New
Life in Spirit" to the French that responded to the call of Jesus.
As usual in all French retreats by Fr. James, it is Vincent who translated
all his talks and prayers very clearly and precisely. The music group of
Dominik & Isabel made the retreat more enchanting and anointed. The
people were enthusiastic and eager to listen even for long hours for the
enlightening and empowering conferences. The people gathered in the retreat
were convinced of the need of 'belonging to Jesus' at this end times when
many are going away from God. Fr. James repeatedly asked the French to
return to the lost glory of the French Church.
There were several beautiful testimonies of conversion, reconciliation,
inner & physical healings. On 19th, feast of Pentecost, Fr. James placed
his hands on head and prayed over each and everyone for the infilling of
the Holy Spirit. People were inebriated and drunk on the 'new wine'- the
Spirit of Jesus- and they went home singing and dancing. Here are some
photos and videos:
From 10th to 12th May Fr. James Manjackal conducted a renewal retreat for
the Spanish at Iglesia Parroquial de San Jaime Apostol, Relleu in Alicante.
It is Bp.Jose Ignacio Munilla who knew Fr. James well invited him for
the retreat through the parish priest Fr. Juan Berchman. Although he could
not come personally to the retreat because of his tight schedule for confirmations
in various parishes, he called Fr. James and had a friendly colloquium
with appreciation, gratitude and blessings for the retreat.
The small and beautiful church was filled with people to listen to
the powerful talks on the action and function of the Holy Spirit translated
well with clarity by Gaby Landauro.Rev. Dr. Thomas Thekkekarott MSFS who
studied in Burgos University & at present a professor in Tejas Seminary
at Bangalore, India too accompanied Fr. James to help him for the retreat. The
people took the retreat seriously and there were good conversions, inner
and physical healings. The music group helped the people to raise
their minds to God to worship. Javier Lopez, Anna Landauro, Immanuel etc
were there to assist the mission of Fr. James.
Fr. James was very happy and content to have preached in a church under
the patronage of St. James, his patron. All liked the retreat and asking
for another retreat of this type again! Here are some photos and videos.
Fr. James Manjackal returned to Europe on wheelchair on 15th April to conduct
a few retreats and conventions in various countries in Europe as posted
in his webpage.Kindly pray for the success of his programs in your daily

His first retreat was for married couples in 'Hall Radiopalac' at Prague
in Czech Republic. There were couples from Slovakia also. Fr. James gave
deep talks on good and exemplary Catholic married life. All His talks and
prayers were translated by Mrs Zuzana Lapcic. The music was by Mrs Maria
and family. On the last day of the retreat Fr. James laid hands on each
couple and prayed for the infilling of the Holy Spirit.During the mass
the couples renewed their marital vows by exchange of rings and flowers.
All of them were very happy and content and they asked for more such
retreats and events for strengthening married life. It is Bishop Mons.Jan
Graubner who invited Fr. James. Mr.Radek and his wife Zuzana Lapcic organised
the retreat in cooperation with the "Credo", the evangelising team and
other volunteers. Here are some photos and Videos:-
