Charis Bhavan - Abhishekasakthi Convention. Athirampuzha, Ettumanoor,
Kerala. India. October 22 - 25. 2015
From 22nd to 25th October, Fr. James conducted a "Power in Spirit" convention
at Charis Bhavan, Kerala that he had started 25 years ago when he founded
this well-known charismatic renewal center. Every day some 20 000 people
attended the convention. On the last day there were over 30 000 people
to receive the inner healing and infilling of the holy Spirit and to participate
in the Eucharistic procession. After the he had left Charis Bhavan in 1995,
it is for the first time that such a huge crowd attended a program at Charis
Bhavan. It was inaugurated by the local Bishop Rt. Rev. Dr. Sebastian,
of the Diocese of Vijayapuram. Fr. James was accompanied by Gaby, Dr. Helene,
Johannes & Christoph( Hubner). Sitting on his wheel chair from 7 AM
to 5 PM, Fr. James gave powerful talks, and conducted healing & liberation
prayers. He spared no time to take rest; during the break and after ending
the general session, he was laying hands on several people to pray. He
was so happy to see many people to whom he preached some 25 years ago.
They were very happy to see him talking with such power and enthusiasm
as before; many could not believe that he was on wheel chair as he appeared
very healthy & energetic. There were many testimonies of healing and
miraculous intervention of God. On the last day Gaby gave a beautiful testimony
and a talk on consecrated life that was translated by Fr. Jose Parapilly,
the Superior of Charis Bhavan. Fr. Kurian Karickal, (Director) Fr. Anish
Mundianickal, Fr. Bijil Chakiath Fr. Shino and Br. Arun helped Fr.
