On Holy Thursday, Fr. James conducted the washing of the feet during the Holy Mass. He washed and kissed the feet of twelve children. |
All the participants kissed the Crucifix after the Good Friday service. They observed their Kerala tradition of drinking "bitter juice". A spoon full of juice crushed out of "bitterguard"- leaves was given in the palm of each one. |
