One day program. Redemptorist's Church at Torun - Poland. November 11th. 2011. From 28 to 30th of  October, Fr. James conducted a retreat of "Family tree healing& growing in the Holy Spirit" at Linz Austria. The hall near to the parish church was filled to its capacity of 350 people. It is Brigit Kaar and Erwin who organized the retreat. All the participants had attended once or more the retreats of Fr. James previously, hence without repetition of what he had preached in other retreats, he was able to speak give more new and fresh insights to the participants by opening up areas of life where they needed healing and liberation. His talks on the "curse of the law" was very much appreciated. And on the last day when he talked on "the Man Jesus who carried the wounds of mankind from his birth to the Cross," people were shedding tears! The deep inner healing prayers and prayers of breaking curses and infilling of the Holy Spirit gave the people an experience of "Born again in the Spirit". Here are some photos:

Prison of Czarne. Poland - November 8 - 10. 2011

From 8th to 10 of November Fr. James and the team went to the Prison at Czarne in the diocese of Koszalin. More than 130 prisoners attended the retreat in two batches. Agnieszka translated the talks. It is for the second time that he preached the retreat there. The prisoners were more open and co operative. Fr. Marcin, the Chaplain of the prison organized the program. The director of the prison, Mr. Janusz gave all encouragement to have such a catholic program in the prison. Perhaps, only in Poland, in Europe, there are such spiritual program in prisons. Over 120 priests in Poland are fully devoted to the cause of prisoners in the country.

Koszalin - Poland. November  4-6. 2011 Fr. James preached a retreat of Catholic Renewal to the people of Koszalin, Poland from 4th November to 6th on the subject" This is Gods Will, your Sanctification"(1Thess 4:3). More than a thousand people gathered in the School Hall of Wl. Andersa 30. It was organized by  Fr. Rafael and the community of the School of Evangelization. Half of the people were from the locality and others came from different parts of the country. Ala, Agnieszka and others from the prayer group of Gdansk had come to help fr. James and Gaby. Mrs Ania and Thomasz from Torun translated the talks and prayers. The participants had a deep experience of the Holy Spirit and many testified to their inner healing and physical healing. On August 12, father James after his ministry of preaching at Nepal, visited the tomb of blessed Mother Theresa at Kolkotta. He prayed a long time at the tomb and interceded for the conversion of Europe. He celebrated Mass and prayed in the chapel of the convent where mother Theresa spent more than 50 years of her life. There is a beautiful statue in her sitting position of prayer in the chapel where she was sitting and praying daily. Fr. James visited her room where she used to accept visitors daily. While she was alive, Fr. James had several opportunities to meet her.

The provincial Chapter of the MSFS of  the South West province of India from 17th to 21st Fr. James Left to Bangalore on 17th to attend the provincial Chapter of the South West province of the Missionaries of St. Francis De Sales of India. Although it started on 17th, he missed the first day because of the retreat at Torun. He was a special invitee by the provincial Rev. Fr. Abraham Vettuvelil. According to all the participants, his presence contributed much to the august assembly. The provincial is his recruit and student. He was the main celebrant of the Mass on Thursday 20th where he spoke emphatically on the need of spiritual discernment in all what the province do. After the Chapter, he visited the Theological college of the province called "Tejas" and celebrated the Holy Mass with the staff and the students and gave an inspiring homily. The Rector of the College, Rev. Fr. Jacob Parappally said that the presence of Fr. James in the community was really and inspiration and encouragement for bot the staff and the students. Some of the members of the staff are his recruits and students.On 24th sunday he spent time in his community at Mermier Bhavan. Here are some photos:

Prague and Slavkov u Brna - Czech Republic. October 7 - 9. 2011 Along with Fr. Powel and Anna, from Koclirov u svitav, Radek & Zusanna, from Prague, Fr. James and team organized a great evangelization program in Prague and  Brna in Czek Republic from 7th to 9th October. On 7th a healing mass  was arranged in the Church of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, at Jiriho z Podebrad Sreet in Prague. The Church was fully packed. People said that  only on Christmas they had seen such a crowd in the church - As it was the first Friday of the month, Fr. James preached powerfully on the Power of the Sacred Heart that comes to us today through the Sacraments in the Church. After the Mass, he prayed over everyone who gathered for the program. People left the church happy and content asking, " when are you coming again for such a program?. Praise the Lord.

On Saturday 8th the program was in a Sports hall called "Arena Spart-Prague 9, at Podvinny Mlyn where three thousand people could listen to the Word of God and attend the Holy Mass and prayers. In the morning, while going to  the hall, Jesus saved Fr.James and the team (Gaby, Richie and his child Mariya) in a miraculous way when their car was hit by a fast running tram from behind. Although the left front of the car was fully damaged, all those who were inside had not suffered even a shock . "Whoever clings to me, I will deliver..."(Ps 91:14) became very true of these servants of God. Fr. James spoke powerfully on the need of repentance, conversion and new life.The powerful testimony of Dr. Richie challenged the people  for a new life. The Long healing prayer after the Mass, healed many people both in their souls and bodies.

On Sunday the program of Evangelization was in a big Church of "the Resurrection" at Slavkov u BRNA. Here too the church was packed  with people from all parts of Moravia to hear the word of God to experience the healing love of Jesus. It was for the first time that Fr.James was conducting such a program in Moravia, the southern part of the republic.The powerful preaching of Fr.James and the living testimony of Dr. Richie touched the hearts of many for conversion and new life. The healing prayers with the Holy Eucharist was very moving and vibrant bringing many blessings upon the people. Several people said that it was for the first time that they had such a beautiful experience of Mass, preaching and healing in the Church.

Porto - Portugal. September 23 - 25. 2011 Fr. James conducted a renewal retreat at the Auditorium "Casa de Vilar" of the diocesan seminary of Porto from 23rd to 25th September. As the hall was not ready during the day on 23rd friday, the retreat started late in the evening at 8 PM with the Holy mass. Over 1300 people attended the retreat. Although it was a short retreat, all the participants said that it was a unique retreat with great experience of God's love. Many people gave testimonies during the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on Sunday. It is the for the second time that the Bishop of Porto allowed Fr. James to preach renewal retreat in his diocese. With this he preached 30 retreats in Portugal within four years, and all these retreats were organized by Joao & Theresa (charismatic couples) along with his friends and those who are interested in the new evangelization of Portugal. At Porto Mr Jose and his wife Marilia  from the place helped the team in organizing everything. Both Ana Virginia and Arnaldo Paixao translated the talks and prayers of Fr. James.

Graz - Austria. September 9 - 11. 2011

Bishop Franz Lecknar preaching

Fr. James conducted an initiation retreat at Graz, Austria from 9th Sept to 11th. It is Fr. Florian Parth and Traude along with the prayer group that organized the retreat. As usual many people attended it. On the first day the Auxiliary Bishop Franz Lecknar officiated the con-celebrated Mass and spoke about the importance of Church in the life of a catholic. The Church in Austria is going through a critical period as many are leaving the Church due to several reasons of their own. Recently some 400 priests in the country declared disobedience to the Church! The main theme of James was to "to obey the commandments and the church" in order to love God and the Church.  On the second day, Fr. James Offered the Holy Mass for the soul of Mr.Antony, a Nigerian who was a sacristan there at the Church and who died in Austria with fever. The powerful preaching of Fr. James touched the hearts of many people. At the end of the retreat a couple, Sieglinde and  Helmut joined back the Church with public confession of faith as you can see in the photo; they had left the Church long ago. On Sunday, in the presence of the whole congregation of the faithful, the Parish priest Fr. Florian accepted them officially back in the Church. There were many testimonies of conversion, healing and new life.
